Babyyyyyy, let me tell you something...... this stuff is amazing! It stays workable for awhile, which is amazing, and gives my slow self time to get my brows where I want them. But babyyyyy, when it dries down, them brows ain't moving! Tinted brow gel and pencils go over it well with no residue or wierd texture.
